RETURNS
Petit Pois has an easy, hassle-free returns policy. We accept domestic returns on all items within 30 calendar days from the arrival of your order.

To be eligible for a return, you must return the Petit Pois items to the Petit Pois online store's return address as listed below. Please note that Petit Pois will not accept a return on merchandise that has been washed, worn, damaged after receipt or missing the original tags, stickers, and labels. Any returned item which fails to meet this criteria may not be refunded. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery or return might not be approved.

REFUND
Once the goods are received and processed for approval by Petit Pois, a refund will be issued for the returned items in the original form of payment (via Master-card, Visa, American Express, Pay-pal) within 5-10 working days.

**We suggest that you ship the parcel with a tracked courier service in order to be able to monitor the returned parcel, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

EXCHANGES
Petit Pois accepts exchanges on domestic orders. Please contact us via email or phone number for further instructions.

COSTS FOR RETURNS
Petit Pois is not responsible for shipping costs and any additional duties, taxes or charges that may incur regarding the return of a product.

You are responsible for covering the return shipping expenses for your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and in the event of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be subtracted from your refund amount.
