DOMESTIC SHIPPING / WITHIN ISRAEL

  • Door-to-Door Messenger: A flat fee of 30 INS will be applied for shipping via our door-to-door messenger service.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders exceeding 600 NIS.
  • Free Pickup: For local customers in Tel Aviv, we offer free pickup from our store located at 33 Shabazi. Orders will be ready for pickup within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING TIMES

  • Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of placement
  • For deliveries within Tel Aviv: your order will arrive within 2 business days.
  • Rest of Israel: your order will arrive within 5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

  • DHL Shipping A flat fee of $25 will be applied for shipping.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders exceeding $470.
  • Orders are shipped by DHL with a tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMES

  • Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of placement
  • Expect delivery within 7-10 business days

Please note that while we do our best efforts to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, dispatch and delivery times are based on estimation only and are not guaranteed.

Petit Pois is not responsible for any delays caused by matters not under its full direct control, including without limitation due to destination customs clearance processes, delays caused by the shipping company, etc.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing an air waybill number to track its progress online. If you are a registered customer, you can also follow your delivery by signing into your account and selecting 'My Account', followed by 'Order Status'.

TAXES & DUTIES
Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon receipt of order depending on the destination country. The receiver will be liable for such charges. Such duties and taxes are beyond our control as they are imposed by the customs authority of your destination country and depend on a number of factors such as country of origin of the purchased product, local VAT rates and local import taxes. It will be your responsibility to pay them if and when asked to by your local authorities.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
In the case that your order has to be returned to us due to the receiver’s refusal to pay custom duties, taxes or fees, or as a result of your unavailability at the time of shipment and/or inaccuracies in the details provided by you, Petit Pois will have to charge you for shipping and handling fees and any additional administrative charges that might be incurred for customs clearance and return process.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
Please note that stock offered on the site is limited, and we only sell items that we have in stock. Bear in mind garments may sell out during your shopping session, and stock availability will be updated upon reaching the checkout page.
Petit Pois reserves the right to change and/or remove the list of items offered for purchase or shut down the site’s online store at any time, and at its sole discretion and nothing herein shall be deemed as an obligation to offer any items for sale.

Petit Pois will make reasonable efforts to dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and the approved orders shall be dispatched in the order that they have been received. If a delivery suffers a delay or if the delivery cannot be fully dispatched or only partially due to the goods not being in stock or other reasons, Petit Pois will make reasonable efforts to inform the consumer about this as quickly as possible. In this case, the consumer will be given the option to terminate the agreement, free of charge. In the case of termination in accordance with this paragraph, Petit Pois will refund the consumer with the sum paid, at the latest within 30 days after termination. The place of delivery is deemed to be the address that the consumer makes known to Petit Pois at the time of registration and/or placing the order.
